Meet your Acupuncturist

Before becoming an acupuncturist, I earned an Honours BA in Psychology and began a career in social service work. Although this work was meaningful, I felt called to a more holistic path. I had turned to Acupuncture over and over again for support in my own healing journey, offering immense relief from physical pain, emotional stress and supporting me in finding ease during periods of change. Once I began my studies I quickly realized this medicine had been calling me all along!

The Taoist philosophy on which Acupuncture is based, sees the mind and body as part of nature, not separate from it. This perspective shapes how I live and how I support others. I believe that healing is relational and happens in connection: with ourselves, with others and with the natural world.

My practice weaves together a foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Kiiko Matsumoto Style (KMS) acupuncture, a palpation-based, Japanese lineage of acupuncture. I have additional training in cosmetic acupuncture and the NADA protocol for addiction support. In my practice I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard and supported. I offer a gentle, grounded presence and compassionate listening. My goal is that you leave each session feeling at ease, with a little more capacity, a calm mind and a full heart.
